Twelve signs, twelve hues, anchored by element — fire in reds and ambers, earth in ochre and green, air in teal and sky, water in blue and violet. Each degree nudges the hue ±6°. Retrograde planets lose 45% of their chroma and slide 18° around the wheel. Text colors are tuned until contrast reaches 4.5:1.
